Tanmu Project Management Services is a boutique project management consultancy based in Dubai providing independent client representation and construction project management services across the UAE. We work with private investors, developers, and property owners to oversee luxury villas, hotels, residential developments, and industrial facilities from early planning through to completion.
Our role is to protect our client’s interests throughout the construction process. This includes programme management, cost control, contractor oversight, authority coordination, and quality monitoring to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
